Cancellation / No-Show

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.


Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled.


Payment & Pricing

Repose Hair accepts all major credit cards and cash. Gratuity is not included. Deposits are not required unless there is a history of late cancellations or no-shows.


Health & Safety

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. We are happy to accommodate health concerns or sensory sensitivities—just let us know in advance.


Children & Pets

Children are not permitted during appointments. Pets may be allowed with prior approval.


Refunds / Redos

If you have concerns about your service, please email hello@reposehair.com so we can assist you.


Right to Refuse Service

If expectations cannot be aligned for a positive and respectful service experience, future bookings may not be offered.
