Everything I do at Repose HAIR is in service to my guests. As a micro-business, every minute matters, and late cancellations within 48 hours for services over 60 minutes—especially evenings and weekends—is time that can’t be recovered.


I understand that life happens, which is why I don’t require deposits or charge late fees.


The policy is simple:

Repeated late cancellations or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require a full, non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
